Brinson finally meets TBFC!!!!!!!

Today we headed out I-10 up to Weimar, Tx to join The Brinson Fan Club at Christmas On The Farm. After over a year and a half of waiting, she finally got to meet her fans. Those of you who have faithfully kept up with this blog will know who they are and how dedicated they've been. It really warmed my heart to watch them see her in person for the first time. B was a little grumpy as she had no nap on the way up there.
And then.....there was the Santa picture. Let me just say that Brinson screamed and cried more in those 5 minutes than I've seen her do in a long time. LOL! So watch your mail for an entertaining Christmas card this year.
As I was going thru my pictures tonite, I realized I had been so busy visiting that I didn't take very many. Ned has more on his camera so I know there will be another post in the near future with better pics. Also I didn't catch everyone in pictures, I think Ned did. We are so grateful to TBFC and they have a very special place in our hearts.

P.S. Yes, she was asleep before we left the parking lot. ;)

On a sad note, please send prayers to The Baldwin Family. They are going through a personal tragedy and need lots of prayers. We love you Kim.

We were so excited that we finally got to meet Brinson. She is all that we expected and more!! I fell in love with her all over again!! I asked Katelyn on the way home if she held Brinson, her response was that Grammie held her all the time!! We know that is just Grammie. We love you Grammie. Had a great time today....will have to start planning the next adventure!! We forgot to wear our TBFC t-shirts. Please let the Baldwins know we are praying for them and if there is anything we can do, let us know.

much love-TBFC

What an awesome day ! We've made Christmas in the Country a tradition for 5-6 years now, I love seeing my grands have so much fun and it is a good opportunity to get Santa pictures. This year was made so special for me and the rest of TBFC because of a certain little celebrity "elf"!
Ned,Lisa and Brin have allowed us into their lives and wrapped us around "B's" little finger and her around our hearts.
Brin has truly become part of our crazy family. Now if we could just convince her that santa is not scary.
Hope this is only the beginning of many more "country" visits !!
