Last night Miss B got new glasses. While I hate the fact she has to wear them, it is so heartwarming to see her look straight at you when you're across the room and call her name. We thought at the beginning it was goin to be a breeze, we are finding out differently now. She knows exactly how to pull them off so it's a constant battle for now.

Aunt Barb finally gets to meet Brinson!

Today, Brinson's great aunt Barb came to visit for the holidays. She has followed the blog faithfully since B was born and was so happy to get to meet her. Of course Brinson wasn't extremely social, she's still in the "I hate these new glasses, get them off me" mode.

The Baldwins stop by

Kim, Stephen and Zachary were coming back into town from visiting relatives in the country so they stopped by to see us. This was the first time Brinson and Zachary had ever seen each other in person (other than they were across the pod from us in the NICU when she was first born). It was so cool to see them interact. The Baldwins will be joining us on New Year's Eve so it will be good to get to see them again.
