Look Ma' no bag!

Yes it is true, the ostomy bag is now gone. That means real diapers to change and no more side chute.

Brinson will be on morphine for the next 2 days for pain and to relax her. They don't want her too relaxed so they can get her off the vent as soon as possible.

The nurse pictured, Jenna, has taken great care of Brinson on and off since the beginning.

Praise God ! Brinson has more fight and get up and go then all of us put together. Everyday is a blessing. Look out mom & dad, when she gets alittle older, she will be giving you a run for your life. Her spirit seems to be unbreakable, and that is what keeps making her stronger.
Great news!! Mary S.
