For a pre-mothers day gift Brinson was able to get off the respirator and move to
nasal cannulas. And wow look at her pretty face. For the first 30 minutes, Brinson just looked all around. We think she was looking for her ET tube and white/blue hoses used by the respirator.
Brinson lasted over 7 hours on the
nasal cannulas. And what a great 7 hours it was. By the evening her heart rate was just too slow. She was not getting the volume of air she needs at the this time. So the next best thing is
CPAP. So she is still breathing on her own, but she is needing more volume.
