Lots of sunshine!!!

With a cool front moving thru Houston (only high 80s today WOW!) Meme and I took Brinson out for a little walk this afternoon. We have decided that she is not too happy with the sun. Maybe she is a goth baby after all! Daddy will have to upload the movies, I can't seem to get them to work on this pc. Here are a few pics showing her in her sweet shades. She actually opens her eyes and looks around when they're on. We took them off and she would not open them. Was pretty funny! Our walk lasted a whopping 10 minutes, that's when Brinson told us she'd had enough.

Hello all! Mommy posting this while waiting for Daddy to come home. Just a few random pics for your viewing pleasure! :P Brinson loves her bath...matter of fact, she won't sleep until she's had one.

This is what happens when we do Tummy time with B. She zonks out after about 5 minutes. She didnt even seem to mind that her cow rattle was in her face. (Yes, I did have to turn her over...no sleepin on tummy yet).
This week hasn't been too horrible without Daddy here. We do miss him very much, but Meme is here and is alot of help.

even though Daddy is out of town. Mommy and Meme have been sending me photos.

BTW Yesterday evening I did a video chat from the hotel room I was having Brinson withdraw.

Rollin' Rollin' Rollin'

Brinson is just begining to rollover. If you have her on her side she can roll to her back or stomach. If she rolls to her stomach, she is already strong enough to get her arm out. Watch and see!

A Couple of Visitors and 1 Tongue!

I instructed everyone that Brinson does much better in the morning, so one by one they show up starting in the morning and leaving around 2pm (because I was so sure she would be awake). Well she was asleep the whole time. Pretty funny! She finally woke up around 430pm. She had some catching up to do from the day before. She barely slept during the day.

Peek-a-Boo!!!

Brinson had her hands around the blankets and was playing peek-a-boo with the camera.

Finding her fingers on a lazy saturday morning

On a lazy Saturday morning, Brinson finds her fingers and sleeps very well. Mommy and Daddy did not get out of bed till 745am (of course I feed her at 330am).

Brinson and I took a tour of the backyard last night. The first thing we noticed is she was squinting.....hence the sunglasses.

Our outing lasted a mere 10 minutes because Daddy was being eaten alive by mosquitoes.

Tummy time with Mommy

Mommy wanted some snuggle time with Brinson. It was just what Brinson needed. Usually late in the afternoon before dinner Brinson will get a bit sleepy, but not enough to sleep on her own. So she gets a bit fussy, cranking....or whatever to you call it.

And when this happens she starts rubbing her ears, eyes and pulling at tubes. She even pulled her NG tube out this evening. No biggie, Mommy cleaned it and her nose and put it right back in.
